This work is a song, a performance and a video.
The song is part of the character LYSANN, who was created to operate in both worlds: Art and Music. LYSANN writes lyrics from the perspective of being an artist.
The beat is by Simon Sauerkraut, a producer based in Basel.
For the music video Lay Down, a performance was developed – a concept for a performance for the camera to create a one-shot film in front of an audience. Together with Linus Weber, Meta Hammel and Simon Sauerkraut the details and the realisation were worked out. The performance was premiered at INTERNATIONAL PERFORMANCE ART GISWIL in 2019 and the video of the performance was shown for the first time in June 2020 at the Online Pudel-Rudel.
